The only reason you didn't go for Tori on that save is that Layla path was still open to you at that point, don't pretend you deliberately didn't go for her for any other reason.

That’s exactly why Tori is a cool character, and I’m hoping there will be more interactions with her. Her bitchy personality is interesting. And her figure is amazing anyway. She’s worse than Muscle Mommy, but still worth noticing.

Interesting thoughts... It's really the girl's personality that's objectionable... Will Nyx change her or will Tori always have this bitchy nature? Because that's the biggest problem most players have with this character...
I think she should be kept as is, can't have every girl being nice and welcoming, a school needs it's number 1 bitch.

She once said that there will be situations in the game that will shed more light on Tori's character and background. She assumes that Tori will no longer be quite as hated after that, but still won't win any popularity contests.

Anyone who's played the second game down in my signature, I'm wondering if Tori's backstory will be similar (but less extreme) to Lucia's backstory. And Elena being around back then gets part of the blame in her mind and anyone friendly with her gets seen as the enemy too (similar to Lucia and Evelyn in the other game).

My opinion about Tori is that she doesn’t like Elena and Layla because they know her real name. And that name reminds her of something bad/uncomfortable for her. Her whole bitchy character is a kind of defense mechanism

I like Tori as a character, don't really think she needs to be too likable or have too much of a backstory. She's a bit bitchy, but she's honest about what she wants!
Agree about the defense mechanism, but wonder if it's a bit of inferiority / insecurity about Layla being the super rich daughter of the school head. I think Layla mentions that she doesn't tell people about Adrianna or her family because it's been an issue in the past with how some friends see her? Maybe they used to be closer friends...

As others have pointed out, Tori is necessary for the story and for Layla and her polar opposite innocence to shine. Not every girl can be the same. She may be bottom of my list also, but I see why she's there and I also see why some think that she is interesting and different.
