yeh I remember this game.
Constantly stuck, freeze, player can't move can happens anytime anywhere. Need to reset the game all the time.
Can't even speed run either, because the frog keeps doing the lip lick animation. in the end I gave up.

The movement implementation is horrible since you need to click to the left and right of the alien to move it. The stupid lip animation doesn't help explain it.
The other issue is with the lift that brings you across floors being hidden till you get the ! icon when running by a panel.

Yes, there are games with extreme gore here. They tend to be memorable, in a bad way, but I usually don't bother remembering their names.
Mad Island is playable.
Human Farm (or maybe Hero Farm?) is not really a game.
