Go to the bottom right most exit of Volga Plains 2(?), defeat the Maneater, and it should automatically go the shota scene a little bit into the area after the fight

Updated again, looks like it only adds a masturbation scene for the shopkeeper after exploring the hive for a bit.

Game updated again, this time it adds a pregnancy event for the shopkeeper, according to the blog what she's pregnant with is player determined. I only know for sure she can be pregnant with a regular human baby, but translation page suggests parasites as well.
Next update plans to add a map extension and another worm, this time a zombie worm infected with leucochloridium.

The Special Edition buttons like A seem to stop working if you have too many copies of the game. Might have something to do with the save games. Deleting the old save game in your c:\user folder seems to fix it.
