Exactly, he's not earning much on Patreon right now, so the ideal thing would be to upload the game to several paid platforms.
Regarding what he said on Discord... it's one of the things that generates mistrust, because if he claims to have "everything" to update, why isn't he doing it?
Maybe he's polishing some scenes or found a bug, or he simply didn't have anything finished and it was a lie, haha.
Ultimately, we'll have to wait and see what happens. Let's hope it's not a disappointment like the updates for other titles.

I agree, but $900 could be a really good amount of money/month depending of where he is from, and that could be the reason he is already milking. Bones tales dev is uruguayan, so imagine a south american guy earning in dollars.

Well, this isn't new, as something very similar happened in the previous update... he posted that he "had everything ready and was adding extra scenes." The release date is approaching, and "strangely" an error occurs when saving or loading games, causing a delay until the end of the month.
Back then, I was supporting with the $30 membership... I usually support developers when I see promise in the game... so I asked him to be more honest, since I've been playing these types of games for a while and I recognize certain patterns in some developers who are liars and lazy, haha. He blocked me on Patreon. He went to Discord to find out what was going on, and he banned me from there too, haha. Well, not counting the insults the simps there threw at me. xD
Anyway, I think if this developer were more "honest" and didn't contradict himself so much, he'd have more followers on Patreon, not necessarily the most expensive membership... since with 10 followers paying $5, he's already earned $50, which he didn't have before.
