Yeah i was hoping this wasn't too messy but looks like it's even messier than i initially anticipated. Hah. 
No, but it's plot related. You have to progress the story to a certain point first.
Not to be judgemental or anything, but it feels like this kinda game is made specifically for people with crippling porn addiction who just don't feel excited from "normal" stuff anymore. These screenshots are... pretty wild.
