Hmm. Since I checked the picture on patreon and couldn't download it (because I wasn't a patron . Or I didn't know how 
), I think it wasn't the game itself that leaked, but the information that a new version had been released.
But then Faun came along and now the new version has definitely leaked

Since some version, I don't remember exactly, when starting a new game it became possible to skip all this fuss with Merrill. Which undoubtedly makes the gameplay easier and opens the way to the rest of the content faster.
But in version 0.421а there is a nuance (basically, as always)- the content has changed again: in the jungle I did not find any fairies or stunned girls. Only a girl by the fire, who needs to be recruited. Plus the number of sexual positions in the hero's room has decreased (I didn't look further). Therefore, in my personal opinion, it is worth playing 4.12 for now, it has all this (it's still on the front page, on Gofile)
I don't know, however, what content was added in update 0.421а (if anyone has info - post it in the thread, please).

you can also attack the girl by the fire to stun her and do the old slavery route
this update is more gameplay focused so you have to work abit for the content, fairy girl comes from a quest for instance. and you can unlock content from the goddess by gifting her tribute you get from corrupting girls.

Is anyone able to interact with Ashera? I captured a pixie and the quest didn't complete itself, so I can't seem to be able to do anything with her to get that new questline.
...is voiced sex monsters a good priority when game is VERY buggy and lacks content? every 'mission' is literally a description with a placeholder
I just hope at some point we can capture a huge titted waifu and train her. Tittyfucks in this game would be stellar.

Hm. Interesting. Something new. It's good, although it differs from the earlier one. (Maybe someday Faun will glue all the content from the last few versions, then it will be almost a full-fledged game, only a few moments will remain)
About the girl at the fire. Well, yes. I know about it and I, not yet knowing that in this update the hero is mortal, attacked. She took out a spear and... a sex scene took place called "they shoved a spear into the hero's ass the entire length"

Well...their boobs can be made bigger/smaller already now, by feeding them the appropriate fruit, as far as I remember. Regarding scenes involving boobs - these are questions for the developer.
Encountered a bug when trying to redo the getrude quest after the ecounter with the spiders affter you talk to her ,the game locks you in a dialogue screen you can here sound effects of the your character moving around tho but ithe main gamply screen is overlaid with the face to face dialogue interaction one

imma be honest, this dev has flat out removed content in updates multiple times and seems to be just constantly rewriting the beginning, this project has good potential but the way the dev is handling it isn't giving me good vibes
basically like samanta, great potential but riddled with bugs that ruin the experience
pros
plenty positions in your room
cons
takes 5 minutes to even open the game like its windows vista
bugs that softlock the game, ex. capturing a goblin girl exploring the jungle before corrupting merrill, changing clothes, or using tribute
froggy position is not properly done
no save option
trying to continue game crashes the game
advice
having a save option would fix literally half of these issues, would prevent having to restart the whole game, & you would be able to not choose a broken option that breaks the game, or simply remove options that will not work
not sure what you did to the game to make it take so long to even open so no clue how you can fix that
it's a decent game but its really annoying to have no save & require a restart whenever you want to play
