Yes. The first item is "aggressive personality", the text you highlighted is an instruction on how to do this.

And. Why are there no instructions/explanations on how to achieve "Lust", "Calm" and "Love" - I don't know. Try asking the Developer.

In some circles it is customary to post toads on Wednesdays. Without going into details of their existence :)
But this one... Simply deadly toxic (if you scare it, this is a toad, not an interceptor) :)

minor feedback: give the option for their faces to not be so horney after brainwashing. i find the faces they make after brainwashing less apealing than the way the look before brainwashing. (its not that big a deal tho if its to much work.)

edit: i doubt this person will put futa in as i dont get hte vibe its there thing. but im sure if they did it would be togglable just like pregancy so anyone who doesnt like it dont worry. (im futa nuteral)

There are many incomprehensible and unfinished things in this game. No one knows what is in the developer's head - what gods he prays to, what thoughts and ideas (especially when this unfinished thing will be finished, let me remind you, the game is made by one person.). Therefore, we just sit and play what we were given.
And about the facial expressions of the fanatics .... Apparently the developer wanted the brainwashed girls to be different from the simple ones
