Varied is the key there. to me if I know I'm going to see 3-5 pics of the shot every time, I lose interest.
I have 0 knowledge of rendering this type of art, it's amazing to look at from all those angles. is it difficult to accomplish?
I applaud you for your commitment to the craft.
I accept your attitude. I will never be able to please everyone.
"is it difficult to accomplish?"
Well... positioning cameras for different angles is the least effort and the last step and takes only a few minutes.
I would like to explain you the whole process for a better understanding
Environment
The main effort is in preparing the complete backdrop, the whole environment. This consists of an extremely large number of 3D objects with many different textures. The selection, alignment and configuration of all these objects can take several weeks.
And then it takes almost as much time and effort to light the environment and rooms perfectly, so that the characters are well lit in every pose, look attractive and the scene as a whole gets more drama. This requires an extreme amount of experimentation. And that can take several weeks as well.
Characters/models
Once all that is in place, the foundation for using characters is in place. But modeling, shaping, tweaking, and dressing the models appropriately requires a lot of experimentation, too. As with an app, there are bugs with the hair, genitals, eyes, skin, etc. You fix these over time. A good model can take a week of work until you are satisfied with it. And then it can be that after a few weeks more ideas come to mind and you repeat the whole thing.
Scene setup
And when the models are created and used in several versions - with everyday clothes, elegant suits, erotic lingerie, then you can start with the actual scenes. For me it takes between 30 - 90 minutes to prepare a scene. You place the models, you adjust the poses, you adjust the gestures/mimics, give necessary emitions, check the lighting, adjust it. And then in the last few minutes I place the cameras and set the blur for the background so that the object in focus stands out.
Rendering
The rendering of each image takes between 5 - 25 min with an RTX 3070 8GB VRAM, depending on how close and detailed the models are in front of the camera. And which texture objects are in front of the camera, renering skin and clotes doesn´t take a lot time, but rendering hair, faces, wrinkles, genitals takes much more time. And if some renders have arthefacts, you have to re-render them one by one. Animations are much more time consuming. For each animation in Chapter 1, I spent about 4 hours experimenting. So that everything moves the way it has to move

So that you can then just render it.
Writing/Renpy-Setup
This part can be very individual, depending on how complex the user-interface is, how deep the story is. The more functionality, the more text/dialoge, the more renders, the more effort need to be invested in preparing everything to a VN. I don´t have an estimation for that. I invested an initial effort of 3 weeks for preparing everything - the main plot, the main story with writing-notes and milestones. Now I need one week for writing the dialogs, coding the renders and testing for each next chapter.
Conclusion
In a best-case situation without a lot of problems, it could be like:
Environment: 2 weeks
Lighting: 1 week
1 Character: 1 week
1 scene setup: 30-90 minutes
1 Animation Scene: 3-6 hours
1 Render: 5-25 minutes
First Renpy setup: 2-3 weeks
1 Renpy update for each chapter (coding, writing, testing): 1 week
PS: 1 week doesn´t mean you are sitting 24/7 and doing everything. Creative work can't happen like that.

On one day you invest 8 hours, on the other 2 and on the third 12 hours depending on your concentration.
