From what I have seen it doesn't matter what period we are living in, we'll always have people who are more frivolous with their promiscuity even as far back as roman times. The only difference is that in recent times we have more people suffering under peer pressure to lose their virginity compared to back then which has led to several films being made to cover that subject. I remember watching one movie a while ago that I can't recall the name of, that was about two teens who suffered from peer pressure and were guided by their so called friends to have sex with each other. They were told before it happened that they had to wear paper bags to cover their faces as it would add to the mystery and were guided to have sex in the back of a car. When it was done, they removed the bags to see who the other person was only to realise that they were not strangers at all but rather brother and sister who had been tricked by their so called friends.Well ... all of yous have been losing your memories of those old westerns where men were actual macho guys who were ladies men when they would chat up the ladies, while only the saloon madam or her cohorts would actually put out.
live in 2025, not the 50s movie tropes, will ya!
In all honesty, I'm surprised the discussion has fallen onto the subject of the mc and Emma being virgins and Xiba21's rant about finding it hard to believe that there are virgins in todays times. Even doing a quick google search would show clearly that at least 5-10% of western population aged 25+ still have their virginity.
