I felt the same way till I got to a scene where Lexi did something horrible. I was glad I could go to Carols path and opt out of the Lexi path after that. Shit like that makes people think suicidal thoughts, Holy!

The last time I played this game. The MC was telling that he slept with the Madam and the husband came in beat his ass and threatened to kill him. So question was that BS or not. Because you meet her again in the hospital and they were very touchy touchy. That was the last time I played.

I don't know where you come from, but I've literally never heard that being a ladies man implies being aggressive towards women, and it's a very common term in the anglo-saxon world. It almost always means that the guy enjoys flirting and being with women and is usually successful at it.

What I wanted to say: it does not mean the guy gets to bang everyone or anyone out of the girls he gets close to and usually in the movies this trope gets around, there is this one girl who is banged, while the others enjoy the courtship and just that.
The point was that womanizers are not shown to be the gigolo that girls jump on his sword most of the time, while if you see it for real, it is bullying, harassment - the guy overtly hurls sexual direct accusations or straight up propositions perfect strangers for a shag - which is harassment at the least, bullying or overt agression at the worst; in some movies the guy just grabs them and ”has his way with them” while they fail to voice their disapproval or resist in any deffinitive manner.
The usual tropey scene is the guy acusing the girl of turning him on on purpuse with her gaze, clothes, hair, moves, dance - you name it - something to accuse her with and then jump her - the westerns did the sensible thing sometimes and had the saloon whores be the ”conquests” - scenes going like - the guy propositions a girl, she is outta his league, even for a prostitute, while the madanm or some other girl, usually not so hot as the first, either berates and chases him out or gives herself to him to ”appease the angry sex customer.”
Most recent example of a ladies man turned rapist is the series Earth Abides where the ladies man comes on to the mute girl, she is creeped out as a total stranger, he gets to rape her and the producers do not sugar coat it with shits and giggles that he ”charmed” her - they end up getting the main cast to murder the guy after he refused to leave.
The funny part is how most of the characters outside of the ladies man, in modern entertainment at least, have literally no game and their courtship or reason to get any girl is skipped over while romances are just shipped already packaged in a tight bow leaving the audeinces dumbfounded at ”what just happened?” scripted deux ex makina relationships outta thin air.
On the other hand, modern interpretations include the Road house connor macGregor basket case who is a bully aggravating everyone; he is shown jumping out of a bedroom window, stark naked, right on the street, with the husband cursing and the woman holding him back - he is not shown to talk or woe girls into his sword, rather he grabs, curses and beats everyone around him, including nurses.

This is a really overwrought attempt at trying to describe or understand what a ladies man is. Almost nothing in this has any bearing on whether someone would be considered a ladies man or not. Idk if it's some kind of translation issue or you connecting points that weren't intended to be connected, but in English a ladies man is just an idiom for a man who seems to be popular with women. The popularity with women could be in any part of his life, it doesn't have to be romantic or sexual, although it could be.
There might be a term in another language for a guy who flirts a lot and rapes women, but neither of those are even necessary attributes of a ladies man in English. It's just a guy who seems to be popular with women in some context. Because being called a ladies man is generally something that would be done by peers rather than self-ascribed, there are other tropes associated with self-appointed ladies men, but almost nothing of what you've described would apply to them in a general sense either.
I'm not sure where you got the impression that any of this has anything to do with how the phrase is used, but it is way off. Ladies man is largely considered a positive attribution by peers, except in self-appointed cases, so even the idea that all this horrible behaviour would be necessary attributes of ladies men is absurd. Even in self-appointed cases the biggest perceived flaw of the man is arrogance, so none of this would apply to them despite the negative connotations there
