You are being paid for a product you have no license for. You're uploading some wanted media you didn't make, giving it away, and taking ad money from it. That's like uploading the latest UFC fight to YouTube and making ad money from it.

Thank you for the response, I do not know the workings of the uploads and wrongly assumed that the OP's of those threads, updated and shared the uploads themselves and not the developers.
Anything illegal is criminal. And every dev on the site has to deal with others profiting from their work. I just don't see why Runey both, went after this company in particular, and why he cares when no other dev cares.
Modern looking website + games that are high quality (ofc they are stealing them) = people paying (thinking they are paying for premium devs and games)
I think that why they are getting sells, someone needs to shut them down, especially ICSTOR, they are using his game renders a lot (you know... for making the website look premium)

In some cases thats still true, but there are a lot of developers on this forum uploading their stuff themself.
Beta builds of each version (Alpha - Pre Release) are patron only content. The reason for that is to get feedback from a controlled group, and for them to report bugs to me so the official free version is as polished as possible.
Basically, every version is free once it's complete.
Giochi's business doesn't hurt me that much, maybe a little. The problem here is that they're selling my game and outright saying they made it, or it was sold to them.
In my game, there are multiple links to my Patreon, and it even says "If you bought this, you got scammed.". And I'm certain they removed that, along with all of my links.
This issue isn't about money. This issue is that they're stealing my hard work, claiming they own it, and selling it as their own.
There is a massive difference between Giochi, and F95.
F95 doesn't claim they own the game. F95 actually helps developers. F95 Advertises our games.
Giochi claims they own the game. Giochi steals from developers. Giochi tries to shut down developers from making any money.
edit: If sites like Giochi were to replace sites like F95, you would never see a free porn game again.

Pretty sure other devs care too, Runey has just been the most vocal about this particular issue so far.
Don't DDOS them. If you fight illegal activity with illegal activity, then nobody is in the right. We're in the right currently.
I'm not really sure. To be safe I removed the public download and images of Ashley from my page. I'm not exactly sure what they're asking for. And they still haven't responded. Looks like It'll be next week.

No. Illegal means being contrary to the law. Criminal means being contrary to criminal law. That's why getting a fine for parking your car in the wrong place is not as serious as getting prosecuted for stealing or punching someone's face.

I just find this so strange...
Imagine you were Da Vinci in the modern age and you painted the Mona Lisa, became famous as fuck for it.
Then people started just printing pictures of it off and selling them, claiming that they made it. That they're the ones that put months/years of effort in to creating such artwork.
In what world would that be okay?
Just because other sites do it doesn't make it okay. They have no right to do that what so ever and they're not entitled to do whatever the hell they want just because other people are getting away with it.
Runey is one individual, he/she can't realistically take on 100 websites at once most of whom are probably anonymous entities. 8K or whatever a month sums it up, how could they possibly take them all down?
Doesn't mean it should just be ignored.

Oh god, please don't compare somebody posing Honey Select models to creating the Mona Lisa. I'm all on Runey's side on this, but please don't compare him to Leonardo da Vinci. I'm getting douche-chills from the pretentiousness.
