I will never be altering her looks. I'd rather remove her from the game entirely. Every character in my game has very specific looks, and stories behind the looks. So it would completely ruin the character for me.
At the moment, I'm looking through the game and finding examples of her proving she's over 18 in the story.

When they say "depicted in clothes [...] (school and cheerleading uniforms)" ... I wonder if they do mean in-game or just in your promotional material?
Because if it's only in-game... they're either playing - or at least have had a mooch around in the /images/ folder.
As you say, that's something you can probably fix with a clear (or clearer) introduction.
If it's purely your promotional images... then maybe it's just a case of changing the promotional images (and maybe doing something with an in-game introduction).
Regardless... good news and a step in the right direction.

I think you will need to alter her, they clearly stated that "petite" + "school uniform" is not appropriate and instructed you to change this - not to give her a drivers license as some suggested or to put more appropriate context. They seem to care about the looks in this particular case, not the context so much. You should clarify with them if it would be possible to make it more appropriate through context or if graphics absolutely must change.Finally! An update from Patreon! This is an important distinction. The "together with the fact" makes it obvious they want some aspect of her appearance changed but Runey has mentioned not budging in that regard. We'll have to see what happens.
No they say "together with" which seems to imply that both her look and attire combined add up to a character they deem inappropriate, they also clearly state that Runey just needs to take steps that she is more clearly portrayed as an adult, they don't state anything about altering her model.
