Rule 7 only requires that the girls look old enough to have started puberty. There's plenty of games on this site with lolis well below 17.

Like others have said, the VN label/tag should probably be removed, " There's no story here...". I came here looking for a story for better or worse, not a mindless sex simulator with cookie cutter models. It's cool if you like that sort of thing but your probably better off just watching porn. At least then you can pick something with a little diversity and many more positions. Side note, I like petite woman but not if that's "all" the game has to offer.
Look, I get that it calls itself a "visual novel", but since it openly admits to not having a story, do we really need to put the "VN" label on it?

Took a look at it, and I must say, besides the fact that I like the petite frame of a woman and lolis, this is just a no go. It's so barebones that I don't know, why this (and the other 3 games) even got published. In every one of the 4 games, you can choose a girl, but the it doesn't really matter, because all girls do have the same animations and facial expression. Thanks for your effort dev, but this could have been a good game, but this is just plain boring. Sorry, if I'm a bit harsh and direct.

Not entirely accurate but close enough. In the U.S. it's actually 33 sixteen, 6 seventeen and 11 eighteen. In most of the world it's actually sixteen with the exception of Angola and the Philippines being twelve. Still has no baring on the loli tag here though. But with the exception of rule 7 their description is pretty broad "underdeveloped" can mean something different to different people.

I don't understand the low rating on this game. I second everyone who says this isn't my cup of tea (I need a bit of story to make it worth my while), but this game is upfront about what is in it and it delivers EXACTLY what it promises. No more, no less.
Will I play this game? No. Is it for me? No. But I don't go low rate games with kinks and mechanics I don't like, and similarly here I wouldn't low rate this just because I don't like what is being offered. It isn't for me. And that's fine.
Ratings should be about whether or not the game is good at what it is supposed to be, not if the initial concept itself isn't to one's liking.
