I was asking because there were some shenanigans going on in this month's vote with several apparent "superusers" who somehow had cast a vote for the winning idea in all tiers. Mind you, this only happened once it was clear Serena would lose by a huge margin in Silver and Bronze, so they started dumping votes primarily in those tiers.
