As I understand it, there are 2 protagonists here? Jamie and Sarah. Feminization/Sissification, I'm unfamiliar with all this and not interested, as well as playing for Jamie. I'm interested in playing for Sarah, and Yuri's content associated with her. Is it worth playing for him if this is what interests you? Or will the narrative here be mainly about Jamie and his "fascinating" (not interesting to me) adventures? I hope someone will tell me.
Well that kind difficult to answer for me, I'm the developer and the whole story revolves around both characters in my mind so I can't really differentiate between what can or can not be ignored/skipped in the story.
So there are some yuri scenes with Sarah but it is all revolving around the whole story for both of them.
If you only want to see some lesbian scenes you could just skip through everything else I guess.
But I really don't know if that's what you're looking for if you want a story.
Is it possible to start as, or very quickly become, female? Or does the sissification take a long time?

I myself prefer watching lesbian content instead of looking at dicks.
However the transformation of the MC happens fairly quickly compared to other VNs. So if you are willing to accept a transwoman as a woman (with a tiny dick) you can think of larger portions of the story as lesbian VN. The most interactions the MC has is with female NPCs.
The "real" lesbian part is not the main thing why you watch this VN. There are others with more content related to that.
BUT this one is really done very well. What I would call production values is very high and it is totally crazy how customizable the story development appears to be.
So all in all if you are not looking for completely strict lesbian content and are into kinky content I would highly suggest you give this one a go.

Like I wrote in the other reply it luckily starts fairly soon. Especially compared to other VNs of this nature where you have to grind endlessly and constantly have to endure stupid MC inner monologues when everything you want to do is torture the little sissy.
There is some of that here, but far less annoying.
Well, let's say I don't really understand these tags themselves, does this mean that by becoming more feminine Jamie will he become gay? Or, more precisely, bisexual? Or will the events and hentai events only revolve around him and Sarah, and the "girls"? Without men, characters that can be excluded? And he will become a "Sub", and the girls will be a "Dom"? And what will happen to Sarah in this case? Will she also be a "Sub" or a "Dom"? Or both, depending on who she interacts with?
