try using IDM and never download through browser, mine goes from a few hundreds kbps to my full bandwidth
just use it and only slightly improve like from 28kb/s to ~38kb/s, ty but I think it's better to download from another link

damn that's unfortunate, if all 4 links behave the same then it might be the connection you're on, like VPN/DNS could directly affect speed

by the way if you haven't done this, you could go to IDM options > connection > and set the max conn number to 32
