It's hard to make money when you're selling a product that doesn't meet market demand. As baneini sarcastically alluded to, maybe they should have realized that continuing to focus on glorified character creation and animation viewers at a high premium price isn't sustainable. It's neither... just somebody from the government shut them down. They didn't mention they have any financial or any problems at all until now... also they don't have any competition in their market segment and their game had good sales on Steam despite never getting any price cuts for better sales. Also why shut down completely.... it's not like their games are online games that they need constant support... they could asked the community for help, make a Patreon page... no need to fully close everything like that. They could have trimmed their personnel and still keep the IP alive, they could have gone bare bones until better times.... but no... why not. The way they shut everything just like that it... it's very suspicious.

Someone need to come in and take illusion place.

Sim 4 are kinda okey, Skyrim are just too jank to be a H-Game.

Alright boy, The new horizon has been open if someone willingly to risk it all.

Whenever the next GTA is out, based on the leaks if that thing could be H modded it would be amazing. Of course the big things is IF it can be...

I am not exactly their fan but sad to see them fall.
But their games will be hosted by F95, right?

It's not like their games will magically disappear all of a sudden, so rest easy on that. It's just that we'll never get to see another ILLUSION game in the future ever again and that really sucks, even if their latest games weren't anything stellar. No more Koikatsu 3, Honey Select 3 and the like...

They just kept spamming character creators when they already had a decent character creator style, not surprised this happened especially with the ridiculous prices they were charging. They should have focused more on making the actual gameplay more interesting and varied.

Hopefully, modders will help fill the gap.
