These events can be unlocked. Besides these posted scenes there are old scenes from version 9 that can be unlocked (they are now repeatable). It's just a selection otherwise I'd have to post too many screenshots.

You need to give the shopping coupon to Ashley at 12:00 in the Living Rm on Saturday.
