After Nadia goes to the concert, you have to call Elaine and she will come. Normally I am not allowed to give hints, it is an exception that I do.

I suspect that this might be one of those "Extra high tier events"
eg,
Unforgettable

The Elaine event is present in every version (see image directory), the $30 version only has additional 6 galleries with different images that are not from the game (they are not present in the other versions). Each $30 Patron will receive a personalised, marked version so SNC will know who shared it when it is passed on. So far there is no additional event, maybe in the future.I don't think most of us can get this event,

Nadia went to the concert in episode 7, it is only shown how she goes (it is used to trigger the Elaine event). But there are no pictures from the concert.I don't think most of us can get this event,
