going to rowena seems to be bugged

how high are the relationship points with your sister? I also had the problem when my relationship points were above 60. I looked in the scrip and saw that there is a variant with under 60 and over 60. I then made my points below 60 and it worked.

It is a save file you just rename it to where you want it to be. 1-1-lt1.save

yes... i done this, thanks... the sis stats was ok but mom not, i could see more scenes with sis, but with mom need more stats, definitely this game needs a cheat mod
