Ok, In chapter One, Making Nadia angry.
I think you maybe referring to either the "Sis BlackMail" event
or Rowena's Kiss event
If it's the first, you need to go to her room @ 19:00 (Catch her on the phone to Stewart)
or if Rowena's Kiss . Go to living room @ 15:00 Kiss Rowena till you get slapped,
Repeat and you should get a new option.

To do the ring event (For now?) you will need to use V2.
Do the "Water plants" event {event2}, you will not get the option to "Search Room" ,
BUT you will get to tell her that you have done it (this will trigger the "Ring" event {event3}

I believe that that quest has been "Soft-locked" in V3.
