PS: after getting all stats max at 300 except lewd, i tested all skills and rain of arrows is actually deal most damage, also when destroying statue, Delilah 1 hit 13k damage, lewd build is that strong ???

new game+ is the same content, except a few skill, like Blazing Sun to Death Sun, Northern Lights Sword Dance to True Northern ...
Ur 1st run, especially the 1st half, u should lose most if not all the bosses fight and even if it get better later half, but there's no way u can beat the final boss, maybe there's a way but I'm not that hardcode
except 1st boss Orc, u can still win bosses fight by eating at the inn but consume lots of gold and not really worth it, losing give a different skill set than winning
So I run corrupt path 1st playthrough and good ending the 2nd and that's 50% different, there's no need any new content and it's quite satisfy turning from losing to winning
PS: update from my 2nd run: skill power:
Northern Lights <= Rain of Arrows < 100%hp Death Sun < True Northern Lights < Gold Coin Bomb [ having 230k gold]
< Moon Spirit Gathering [work well with Elf Song + Hypnosis combo] < 50%hp Death Sun < Blood Spirit Harvest
with that I can beat the hardest optional boss in the game the fortune teller [failed to steal and she'll attack]
there's also a few skills i can't find but look quite good like 'fear of death', 'law of causality', ... and special skills

Is there a gallery unlock option if I get one of the "good" endings or the like?
I chose the obvious bad ending 4 (where mc chose to escape). Then started a ng+. Currently a few days away from the goblin fight. I'm not sure if I'd want to play another ng+.

It's not a bad game but I'm not into ugly bastards and I wish there were more options to get away from Gulos before he can even buy Oretti or our sister. Or do anything gross to them.
These saves have 0 LEW for more freedom. You will need to rename them, remove everything after the dash (“-”).

Two things to reply here. For one, it IS possible to getting the best ending first run. However, it involves a lot of save scum, a lot of luck, and min-maxing all resources you have to gain as much stats and the best skills possible. For me, I like to run Moon Spirit Gathering, Infinite Will, Rose Piercer, and Sacred Beast. I don't remember how I got up to the point, but it is that build that helped me cheese and beat Gulos pretty easily.
For Fear of Death, it is a complex path that involves Shaya/the monster in the basement in the forest. First you need to get the potion, but ignore the fruit. Fight the monster and kill it using Capture. It will be in your inventory and when you use it, it will come out and take an apple. Continue to let it take apples until Female Lead decides to name it Shaya. When she does, go to the auction and talk to the other monster. When you do, a special conversation should happen and you'll get the Fear of Death Book.

And yes, i've just reach the happy ending after delete old save, not too hard but freaking annoying rerolling so i gave up half way [point is, the time i need to reroll all of training is even longer than my whole run, lol], only go all out training after getting Elf Emblem, final stats are quite weak and i fall on final battle but that a good thing !?
Because i'm on good end path, the heroine 's been buff with 'unable to fall', ultimate skill set and epic music
Now waiting for conqueror mode or something [gotten all equipment and captures make me one hit everything]
PS: ur skill set is indeed very good for 1st run, a bit different from mine : Moon Spirit Gathering and Blood Spirit Harvest or Elf Song [Death Sun and Between Life and Death from 2nd run], Rose Piercer, and Sacred Beast or Infinite Will.
PS2: now only the burn skill from Shanta, In Heat from Delilah and Law of Causality from fortune teller
game is clearly unfinished on that part, there a point where i must choose between Ailoden and Delilah but Delilah give NOTHING while Ailofen give Many things
PS3: updated on strongest skill : Moon Spirit Fall ? exclusive temporary skill when revive on final battle on good path
damage scale on % hp but the more the stronger, it deal 52k for me, lol
Then again, with these OP skill, the game really need harder content updates
