Of course it's lies, not sure why people still try to defend him, it's the oldest trick in the Patreon game milking playbook, he is not the only dev to do this, there are countless others pulling the same shit and all for the same reason.

I find it hilarious people still make excuses for these devs and even more hilarious (or sad) are those still paying him.
