I think Stoper has difficulty to concentrate and plan his work. He's very artistic and less professional in his approach. So he remakes things that do not need any remake, wastes time with new sets of new characters (Lara Croft and others), has got difficulty to work office hours and probably codes from the bed from what he hinted. It happens to many people when working from home at the PC if you're self employed.
He's obviously wasting time and a lot of money because with his skills he could make 4x his current income just concentrating on stuff that matters.

The last thing we needed was him reworking something. There is absolutely no reason to rework anything. He really is something else, it is almost like he does these things just to annoy everyone. And the constant copy/paste dev logs where he is talking how slow he is got old a long time ago.
