do you have only one save?

When I load the old save(From 0.31) the rollback doesn't work but I start a new game so it works.

Edit: Nevermind, I closed the game and tried to loading save again so it worked now.

Sometimes updates make saves incompatible,
click on settings-skip all unread text. Press ctrl; start skipping, you will cover all the contents in 10-15 minutes. Start a new game.
