close to zero updates from the dev. so chances are hes a) working so damn hard to push a new update out we haven't heard anything or, b) we can expect a wonderful story in 2 days (next month) of side tracks and delays and how the cat ate his computer and covid and zombie attack.
I hope for a and expect b. as much as this dev is an absolute talent, the next update won't be any time soon.

I don't know when it comes to getting info Jessica may go that way and probably her ongoing corruption by Parker, Mayor and Principal may lead to that possibility but at the end of the day Dev can do whatever he wants.

The Mayor has power, Parker has the biggest dick and the principal has some influence too, some women like that kind of things.

I mean after some time in the story she may not be bothered by what kind of guy is hitting on her. So there's a possibility.

Your are so right, maybe exactly this is the appeal for men to see this (maybe even women)?! But mainly it's a fantasy "coming to life" in a CGI and fantasies can be so hot even if you wouldn't think one moment to fulfill them in reality. Aahh, human brains ... The whole pseudo "realistic" VN cult is absurd. If I want something realistic I have my life (quite boring sexually I have to admit). VNs don't need to be realistic, they should appeal to some fantasies. Nevertheless, the siutations leading to hot scenes shouldn't be in anyway ridiculous. So a bombshell like Jess with a hobo? Just say, that it's not your thing and you don't like it/don't want to see that(oh, btw, if Stoper does put it in the game, you will most certainly have a choice to skip it. Pretty cool, huh?).
I do agree with you about the "corruption games can be quite retarded when the hobos appear.", it usually makes little sense and poorly made.
However, I believe, that Stoper has proven to be a good writer and if for some reason they do decide to make some kind of scene/path with a homeless, it won't feel idiotic or forced.
I am no writer, but I can make up a few situations, where the protagonist would choose to go sexual with a homeless and it still would make sense.
Jessica already proven to have a strong adventurous side in her and she acted on quite a few kinks already, if played right.
And what with this nonsense about "no sane person would do that".
You could apply it basically to anything, depending on your likes and dislikes.
No sane person would let a stranger touch them just so they can get information. No sane person would go to toilet with a boy they just met and tease them. No sane person would let some old man grope them.

I guess the hobo scene was more about Jessica's kink of being watched during sex. Chances are low that someone in his position is going to whip out his phone and upload the video to make money off of it.
Then again, Jessica could become a motherly figure to him, groom him, give him clothes and access to a place to live. And after he's bathed and clothed she could suck and fuck all the anxiety out of him until he's integrated into society once again. Her own little project to do something good for the community.
Or Jessica discovers that she simply loves to do makeovers. Shaving beards, doing the nails and that sort of thing.

I didn't get that scene with the boy so I can't comment on it.
I don't know the exact rules of this game world but I'm pretty sure she isn't fucking any beggars.
It goes against the general tone of the story and Jess as a character.
