No I don't believe it has been suggested, but thank you very much for the suggestion. I added the text box opacity slider, but having a text outline would allow everyone to play it like your attached picture. I'll get on that today.
Done it now and thank you for the suggestion, bit silly that I overlooked that issue. I presumed people would play with the dark box and not use the slider, or not use it to the point where it would go away, but this just makes life so much easier.

Sorry I didn't respond to this before, I must have missed the notification. You're absolutely right about the too many branches. I originally wrote SoE like this because it was content that didn't fit into any of the main narratives from the original four stories (Origins, Forced, Prison & RED) but I wanted to keep as close to the original works as possible, it was also my first foray into Renpy and DAZ. SoE has never been anything more than a testing ground for me, which I've tried to be up front about. It will be finished but the scope of starting points is huge, to the point where I'm thinking I may even have to reduce some of them and bring one or two together. There is cross over in these stories but it is much later down the line, the community work and porn work for example come together and spin off two other variants.
I also didn't want to alienate anyone with this, being my first attempt - the purpose of SoE was to cater to different reader niches and if I put them together, there wasn't a way (Not in my head anyway) to make clear and concise definitions for a reader to enjoy all of a particular route that they choose.
I say all this and there is a remake underway, which you may be glad to know that I am very far removed from
and is designed to be a better playing experience.Kind regards,

I've played this through and I love what you're doing. Please keep it up - it has great potential and I love the dark avenues you're taking. The visuals and character models you have chose are very good and the settings work.

Finally, I can announce that I have successfully managed to get Jessica's Choices - Series of Events on the store page. Content review still under consideration and I've needed to provide more of the fully finished work to give them a look at everything which has meant I've had to shift my focus around, but I'm hoping this is the last hurdle and at the very least, I'm now in a position to see if there are any wishlists.

I attached a screenshot above #225 which gives a glimpse of the map for SoE. But to give you an idea, there is an initial 14 starting points which provides a minimum 14 endings, but within the starting points there are other branches which takes the total to around 23 paths but with around 66 endings.

Thank you for the reply.... but I did not continue from my last save... Do I have to start over to pick up your changes ??
You shouldn't have to, I have a slight concern with me changing from show to scene, but in theory that should still allow you to quickly skip past the routes that you have seen. I've introduced something in my other game which I might try to implement here and allow you to save the game with your own naming convention - unless of course you have a process already.
