There is no mission for lvl 5, just get their submission up to 500 and it will trigger when they are in your room. You might have to go to the next night depending on if you have any interactions left, you get four per night so far, so it may not trigger on the same night you reach 500 submission if the girl doesn't reach 500 submission before the fourth action.
