Gonna be that guy and point out that the original series which the character artwork this is based off of i would hope the developer does realize most of the characters are around 12 right.

Is there a way to make Side Characters unable to cum? Same as with the Girls - so the lust wouldn't go down?

I mean, isn't she like 51 or something in Arc 1? That's in the age range where pregnancies are dangerous for women's lives... Although, would her rejuvenation jutsu also affect her internal body so the pregnancy is not that dangerous for her? I really wonder about that...
Anyway, I agree, I also want to impregnate top MILF! Maybe in future Arcs it'll be possible...
She's also still Hokage at that time so it would b very weird for her to get pregnant randomly out of no where especially with Jiryia out of the village as well
