lol, like 2~3 posts before yours', there's a list of the scenes:

Dude check pg.1. There's a literal "Changelog" tab there with 1.03c on it.
but if you are that lazy then here
1.03c
-New Sakura room scene
-Sakura, Ino, Tenten, Hinata Bathhouse scene
-Temari's animation redone
-Sakura's old animation redone
-Mission system added (Adding more missions soon)
-Option to skip to arc 2 when starting new game
*NOTES* :
-The bathhouse scenes and "New Sakura room scene" are from arc 2.
-the changelog didn't say it but arc 1 Ino got 2 more scenes with Scottie to increase lootbox drop chance.

Dunno, never really experienced any lag. Maybe wait a couple months if you wanna be sure? So that Arc2 can progress a bit.
Or try it out now, and see if it lags for Arc2 as well? Heard you can skip to Arc2 if you try starting a new game.

Yea I did read the changes and scenes in Bath house are random and Sakura has 2 Scenes (One of them is repeat of Arc 1)
What I was meaning that Temari Scenes are the only one mention able.

Its just better currently wait in Arc 1 for more Arc 2 content.

I actually thought I was just blind and stupid because I downloaded both the game & mod from discord but can't find other reporting similar problem.

Use saveeditonline. It's very easy to use. Look for MC_strength, MC_agility etc. While you are at it, add every kinds of materials and money too

They won't work until you're in the Shippuden side of things. Just go to the bathhouse then and you'll get on of the girls.
