You are not mistaken, it is finished. It's just that, for some reason, update 2.0 hasn't been updated here. You can find it in SubscribeStar though.

The arcs are separated into different files now. Some bitch here reported arc 1 and got a lot of files removed. Doggo split the arcs to prevent something like that from happening again.
