I keep getting the first message that says after translating "You cannot play using this data in the trial version". After pressing enter, it just closes

Hi, have this Problem! My Local is Jap and i don't no how to fix it.

To fix this (on windows) I had to go to region>administrative>change system locale and turn off Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support. My best guess is the game needs the text file to run but with that setting on it breaks the text file.
