I'll try it again later on when I have more time, but what happened to me felt completely random. I initially tried it by loading old save from the middle of update 1 and the rollback suddenly stopped working. So I tried making a new game and just skipped ahead until random moment when it suddenly stopped working again. Then I tried making another new game and rollback completely didn't want to work at all right from the start. I didn't exit out of the game in between those tries though. You can let the Lis show or say something that hint they are in the danger period in the story plot then make player to choose creampie or not while having sex scene to show the Lis will have impregnation from the mc, then in the epilogue you can show the real pregnancy by having some time skip.
