Technically, the game has had 3 sex scenes from first update(give or take), it's just they aren't in the main download, you have to get that "LEWDS patch" which is just the missing images. Judging from what I saw when I got what's currently in the op there are two more from the last time I checked; they look much better, out of the first 3, 2 of them (evelyn & neon) only had 2 images, with the last one(ruby) having 3 images. Both ruby & neon's scenes show them having sex, but don't have any actual nudity. The 2 new ones (Bella & Winter) are much longer(23 & 22 images respectively with bella's being fully nude and winter's only showing her butt and your dick as far as exposed parts.
The real problem (at least when I played it) was that all of those scenes were at the end of the girls route. This thing is structured more like a traditional jpvn where you spend 30hrs wooing the girl and are rewarded with a single sex scene. I'm being hyperbolic, but I did play for a couple hours (a not small part of that time skipping) before I realized something was up.
Just finished the main storyline and I gotta say that I definitely like Weiss a lot more after playing this. Also, was pretty blown away by how Amber went on siding with the orchestrator of David's murder just to own Ozpin 
3.9.2 is up with a pretty important bug fix.

Just finished this awesome game, but I have a few questions...
Is Jack(and Lisa) joining the harem or not?
Will there be a Team RWBY harem route? (Got all of them to 4 dates so it seems doable...)
Mega harem(gotta catch them all) route? (I love harems)
What is the canon route for the sequel?(Cause some characters seem to have died depending on the relationship status of certain characters. On that note does your relationship stay the same in the second game?)

1. from what i have seen meinos say, it looks like they or jack specifically will not join into the relationship david has
2. we got only duo dates for now, like ruby weiss, weiss yang, weiss winter (next update btw) and so on (also some duos are on the next poll, like ruby penny, penny nora and yang raven aka david.exe dies)
3. some base stuff will be canon, but the dance canon will be the person you chose aka save transfare or stuff like that

Oh lol They're from a Royalty Free album I found online... Here's the details. I suppose you're talking about the song at the very beginning, since the game track is a mash up.
