It seems that it's a very difficult game to mod, potentially MurrayMods scrappy or JGNeon might have a look at it.

the answer to both is because it has around 20k renders, or around 7k renders per update

The dev uses 1080p images. The latest update contains almost 7000 images. The dev said there should be more and would update episode 3 again. All female characters get decent screen time. There are animations and not just still images.

The dev could have made frequent updates but I'm in no position to tell him what to do.
I don't know about Patreon and Discord but the dev is active at Steam.

I tested (my compressed version after buidling and packing and extracting) it last night; I was not getting any errors. I went all the way through the intro and to the hotel while meeting all the characters.

I wanted to make sure it was all okay before I uploaded 30GB of data.

I had also never played the game so I had no save data whatsoever.

I've also never played, saved at the first choice outside the hotel, saw what happened, tried to reload my save (or the autosaves) and get some junk about "AttributeError: 'StoreModule' object has no attribute '_history_list'". But I doubt it's due to the compression.

This thing below does work though, I can vouch for that.

unrar those files in your "jury" folder replacing the old ones.

Also once I got to the sex scenes (say Natalie's BJ) I was getting some black screens, as if video files weren't playing, dunno if that's a compressed thing though.

the issue isnt related to compression, i would bet the same errors appear in uncompressed version as well...no one complains for those because i doubt many users (if any) have downloaded 15 gb of non-badik avn

Lol I may be crazy but if I like a game then I always download the full version even on my smartphone and I downloaded this one too. I usually download compressed versions to see if the game interests me.

PS - for unlocking the Scene Replays & Galleries, this seems to still work (just find it on here/F95): _Universal_Gallery_Unlocker_2024-01-24_ZLZK. I unzipped, then unzipped the "hard" option, then went into that subfolder and placed within game as usual for mods.

With this game, I personally found the "Replays" option a bit hidden (or maybe previously was, perhaps due to the chaotic screen? seems a little bit less so now). It's in the "Wank Bank" option on left on main menu, then on left it's "scene gallery."

Usually the "soft" folder is supposedly the safer option, but recently I have found the "hard" option has been working on most games before the modders either don't provide mods, or before we have to wait for paid. Again, for galleries.
