Got the same problem too with compressed version spitting out errors. Starting a new game also creates the errors just after meeting Lily for the first time outside her door.

It seems that it's a very difficult game to mod, potentially MurrayMods scrappy or JGNeon might have a look at it.
There is always the option of URM

I'm not downloading 14gb to see if my old saves would work on original version. The people compressing games on this site do excellent work.. Perhaps it's not the compression causing errors. It's odd because all my saves load normally but after 1 click the errors start and continue..

Without an easy fix it's time to restart game from beginning.
Starting new game seems to work ok for me.

I already tried a fresh start and it starts with errors just after meeting Lily outside the bedroom.
So I'm dloading the big version now to try that one out. My poor notebook has only 5gb free after this

I did the same thing because I was also getting constant error messages... Unfortunately, the same error even after a new game... Error when loading every manual and every automatic save... unrar those files in your "jury" folder replacing the old ones.

I tested (my compressed version after buidling and packing and extracting) it last night; I was not getting any errors. I went all the way through the intro and to the hotel while meeting all the characters.would be useful to know if the same "StoreModule" game breaking/pestering error happens in uncompressed version as well?
if so, then the dev has messed it up, probably by using incompatible module versions for his build.
if not, well, even compressors might do something wrong, from time to time
I wanted to make sure it was all okay before I uploaded 30GB of data.
I had also never played the game so I had no save data whatsoever.

The errors start after the intro, when you get to pick locations to visit. The first five mins or so are clean but then it breaks completely.

I said the intro plus once you are in the hotel, this is where you are picking locations to go in the hotel while meeting all the characters. I got all the way to the bar/dinner date and where you highlight tables without any issues. I also got all the way to when you go swimming and to the sauna.
The only thing I can do is rebuild it and reupload it.

Thanks for you're workaround. After I did as you suggested I was able to load up some of my older saves without problems as long as I keep the game folder in the 8.3.3 folder.
