Could've just used Shallot, generic saiyan protag from Legends and made it a netori game. If it hasn't already started, people will complain about overused characters like Roshi n such plus the game reads as a netorare compared to other stuff.

Good art but that was tutorial hell, I gave up at the second minigame.
The art's good because it's traced. Also, you didn't miss much, the game is just the tutorial explaining the 3 minigames and that's it.
