Hm... I cannot seem to reproduce a problem there.
I speak with the man and trigger the event. She gets locked up and raped 3 times (each time after interacting with the jail door), then I get the [BAD END. Nobuo Confinement] screen and it resets to the title screen.


Just to get the most common problems out of the way:

Are you definitely using v1.03 of the game?
(My Japanese original v1.03 is 602MB, 1165 Files, 24 Folders)

Is the MTL you're applying definitely "Itsuki v1.03 MTL1.29.zip" (687 KB)?

Are you using Japanese(Japan) system locale?
