Hello everyone, this is Fragolina Studio, the developer behind Kamogawa Island.
First, I honestly didn't know there was a thread about my game, and I'm overjoyed that people are discussing it. This is my first game, so it means the world to me that others besides myself are actually playing it.
Second, I've read your concerns and will try to address them here:
NTR: The main heroines (Jessie, Vanessa, Zoe, and Emmie) are intended as the main character's harem. Side characters like Nadeko are separate from the main character and may have NTR, swinging, or sharing scenarios. However, since they are side characters, their stories are not required to progress with the main heroines, so you can easily skip them if that's not your preference. Kamogawa Island is designed to be a place of hedonistic desires, and a strictly vanilla story felt too out of place for the setting, which is why the side heroines exist. Also, they are a stranger to the main character.
Game Compression: I plan to compress the renders to reduce the game's overall size, and I hope this helps.
Bugs: As this is my first game, I thoroughly tested it myself but didn't encounter the bugs some of you have mentioned. My top priority is to fix these bugs and deliver a more polished version of this initial release. After that, I'll create a roadmap detailing the content I plan to add.
I hope you can understand my situation, and again, thank you so much for playing my game. Discovering this thread has truly made my day. I'll do my best to repay your support with a more polished release as soon as possible!

Hey, I just tried your game yesterday and I did my best to not toggle Skip Unseen and skip the whole text, It went pretty well and I liked
the characters so far
The beach bugs where INSANE, Also there's a bug when you click to get experience on the resort, if you advance the dialogue, rollback and click to get experience, it doesn't advance anymore and you can spam and get hundreds of experience before advancing
As for the game, I want to suggest removing that menu that appears when you click to leave the mc room, because it's really annoying
(when people click to leave they in fact, want to leave the room, there's also the button that quickly jumps to the mc room so)
So far the game had nice teasing content, Wishing the best for the future, and a gallery with the current unlocked content will be also awesome

At evening, go to the beach go to the right and speak with the guy, then return to the main beach, as soon you return home if you interact with the bed it will show the screen of the beach with the buttons, This causes a lot of issues when you interact with some character, for example when interacting with Vanessa in the bedroom the beach was above the scene and I couldn't see anything
I had to turn the console, and hide the screen myself

Unfortunately I'll be very busy during the weekend and I won't have my computer to fix any of these stuff, as soon as I get home I'll be hard working on making it a smoother experience for everyone.
Looks good but unfortunately I also ran into the beach issue that kills the game for the time being. Content seems to be quite a lot for the initial version. Pacing is a bit slow but there is no time limit so I assume you can just skip and try your luck next day.

If you're getting stuck due to the beach issue, please use the rollback feature and go to a point where the bug no longer applies. For now this is the only work around while Fragolina addresses the issue. Thanks for your support and all the best to you!

Pleasant surprise there being no NTR for the main cast. From what little there is the game does seem very promising.
For those with the beach background bug you can either rollback or when it comes up during one the menu choices you can back out of the choices and then go visit the location of the background. If a character is there then click on them and complete the dialogue then click anywhere on the background. Go back to the mansion and when sleeping / leaving room the background bug should have cleared itself.
She appears on the beach though can't remember if was afternoon / evenings / weekend.

as far as i have seen if you visit the beach but do not interact with the npcs the bug will appear, the only fix is by interacting with them end then leave the beach
She should be in the office in the morning on one of the days, if not in the morning then probably the evening.Jessie´s hint says "She´s busy working"
