Use Play locale and set into administrator on Japanase language... Right click on the file.exe/set into administrator on play locale and japanese. (Yw and you'll need to install it to work properly you can swap to a desktop to save the folder or documents it's an option)

I see that the What If it's the first game lol xd "Battle Spaceship What IF"!
Seems that the options in the menu are swapped the middle is right and the right is the middle :v. (If someone see this it's an error box name in the menu tittle)
