The whole shtick of Kansen is that it's a virus that infects people making them go sex crazy, and it spreads through sex. So heroine is raped by sex virus carrier, and then becomes infected to spread it through more sex.

Do you use a locale emulator, or is your system locale actually set to Japanese. I just pushed an update to the patch.bat file, see if it fixes the issue for you.
