Same surname as the cunning Cardinal (and actual historical figure) in the Three Musketeers - I think someone else mentioned earlier the theory that Kane is actually also a reference to Cain the biblical figure, so Tess seems to like dropping them classical literature and biblical references in the game...
I actually forgot about this family, as while Charlotte Marbot is indeed hot (and seemingly racing Dark Queen Olivia, Juliette and Dominique for the "evilest gal in town" spot
), I think there was only one Richelieu girl in episode 6 at the mock Karlsson Academy torture session with Claudia and Celeste. (at least on the sub paths) I think she was called Alysse and I thought she was kinda uncanny valley and nowhere near as pretty as the other girls, so I didn't make the connection about the surname when I was playing cause I didn't pay her much attention.Btw Maviarab, do you by any chance happen to know the real name and author of two tracks from the game's music files? She certainly does, along with her Sumerian and mythological references too. (Think I've already posted about the meaning of the mythological Gods in the 'Temple Choice'...if not I can do). I think if memory serves me correctly that it was Stan5851 who belives the Cain & Abel ref, certainly makes sense given Tess' penchance for that stuff. Also great catch on the Three Muskateers name.
Alyssa and yes she is quite prominant on the sub path and the Dom ( the secret sub) path if you do Julie's work placement (and this is where you also first meet) Meredith (Sunshine13) as you are tasked by Julie with selling her to Alyssa and her fiance Jack (different dialogue if you meet Sunshine again later with Julie and Katsumi).
That's one thing I've never looked into very closely to be honest, you're not the first to ask. I usually always play VN's with the sound off (odd exceptions) so never really paid a lot of attention to the music in this. But going back to RL and talking about "FarewellAlexander" (the second track you mentioned I couldn't find in the game folder) - it is indeed very beautiful music, so I join your question too... But actually, as far as I know, some of the music for KG was composed by one of the game's patrons, Super Pet Slave Nathan. So I wouldn't be at all surprised if it turns out that FA is his work as well.
And while we're on the subject of music for KG and this author, here are a couple more good tracks from him. The first track "Sx7"
has probably been heard by everyone who played KG. And the second track "TitanPrime9" is a brand new thing, created by him for a future AVN game, which Anais (Tess's friend and assistant) started to make some time ago.

That's right, but as for Cain and Abel....I can't say that I 100% believe that Tess was referring to them exactly (such things are best to ask her directly, hehe), but someone from the players (either here or in discord) definitely mentioned this reference, and knowing Tess and all the things you mentioned, we really can't rule it out. But I certainly wouldn't want our Kane to turn into the Cain who once killed his brother. (Even if it turns out that Seth isn't our brother at all).
We also met Alyssa and Sunshine13 on the usual Dom route (when KaneDom interned at Juliette's department)...and of course I can't help but mention that it was Alyssa (on behalf of the company) who gave us a Bugatti Veyron
