Scat porn is illegal in the USA, UK, etc. Scat is also not allowed on Patreon.
I can't find it now, but I'm pretty sure this Dev has previously stated they won't include any content that violate Patreon's rules.

Patreon is indeed very restrictive (thanks to payment processors like Paypal). I really don't know how some games manage to include scat (and other things that Patreon bans, like mind control, incest, rape/reverse rape and so on) and keep their accounts in Patreon (ToT is a great example here).

Hopefully for the gameshow, There’s a face sitting competition with Kanes Pod where the Mc can choose which girl to sit on his face (which might effect Difficulty level), while the other girls sit on Zach and Jake and you have to survive under there ass and not pass out!… depending on Dexterity, Kane or the other might pass out and if that happens then they lose game points and waste time in the overall game show time (since it’s being tracked) and if they don’t pass out they get game points … Miss Tess liked the idea so..
