I'm not a patron of her patreon (and I'm not aware of what she writes in those posts), so I can only judge from what appears on her discord from time to time, and so far I'm seeing just the opposite - an abundance of sub pics and almost no dom.

Well, that sounds logical, especially considering the fact that for us dom players, the game show is basically just starting, unlike sub players who have already dived into this maelstrom in pt1. And it's great that there will be at least 200 more renders (or better yet, a grand 300-400), because the current gap between the number of dom and sub path renders is honestly a bit alarming.
