Yeah, the devlog turned out to be maximally pretty useless. I don't think there's any point in adding it.

Maybe it's a good thing he didn't add it. Who cares to look at the faces of these losers?

Not only do I think that Olivia knows that Callista is alive, I belive she probably knew it when callista faked her death. Loyal Olivia tells Kane everything Elena tells her except that which would imply that knowledge didn't come from Elena but from someone else.

Another interesting question is if she was worried about Kane's safety, why not go to the Dekocks? They definitely would've protected them. Hell, after Alexander died, I'm pretty sure that a couple of words from Callista and Veronica abandons the gambit entirely.
I think this is bigger than the gambit and more about saving the world from whatever calamity is coming. The best way to do that is to give Kane access to everything Alexander had, which is why the gambit is so crucial for Callista and crew.

I'm honestly more surprised it took so long for a backlash. ime people respond quickly and negatively to that type of insecurity. So most intelligent and/or socially adept people avoid throwing that type of information out, especially to strangers on the internet, good or bad.

Its been mentioned a few times. No "sacred dev" worship here. But we don't really brow beat either on the other end of things.
She has her strengths and it shows in her creative projects. Its good stuff.

As for the rest, we just have a good laugh about it whenever it crops up.

Corporate Development Memo 1 April 2025, the year of our Lord

Hi all,

Sorry this is a day late but I wanted to get back home and do a proper update on my home computer! I'm going to add some extra preview pics this week to make up for it! (usually do like 4-6 will put maybe 10 images?)

I did travel to Vegas and just got back and did manage to sleep almost the entire flight so now my body clock is a bit wired/off again. I'll probably be up pretty late tonight! My cousin has a lot of great options for her studies now, and I'm really proud of her! I tutored her HARD on the Reading Section of the SAT a while back (she's WAY better than me at Math and aced a perfect 800 on it so I never could help her) and we got her initial diagnostic score from 650 all the way to 750 on the real thing! (1550 SAT to put it mildly...is crazy.

She kicked my ass by 70 points so I owed her something big for that and had to pay up! (I got an 800 Reading/680 Math)

So perfect GPA and 1550...got into 4 of the seven she applied, rejected 1 (Yale), and waitlisted two of them. Her dream school as a kid was actually USC out in Los Angeles (for Vegas kids not so strange it seems) but she's ended up with way more options now. Excited for her, although I am almost not advising her to go to my alma mater now, there is a lot of chaos and other issues there. But she's got options so thrilled to surprise celebrate with her this past weekend with family/friends!

My fiance also got a chance to dress up as Darth Vader from a specialty costume shop with seven inch stilts so he looked like a giant! I think with the helmet adding an extra few inches too above the head he was close to 7 feet tall! (dressed up for a young birthday party dress up with very young cousin) I wonder how tall the real Vader was for the movies?

But you're right in that there was never a cult of "sacred dev"(unlike Discord server, where it still thrives). Here there was just respectful and interesting communication between players and the dev accompanied by mostly positive emotions.

And what's funny, I got banned there because of a criticism I made in this thread.It later turned out that Anais read that thread and then snitched to Tess about the whole thing, lol...Well, I have to admit, it was a pretty ridiculous revenge. Yes, being the polite person that I am, I even apologized in this thread (you know what a Drama Queen dev can be).

So no, Discord Tess is still a dictatorship and a mob of lemmings ready to lick the heels of the “sacred dev” 24/7. And how well it all started...

I know everyone here disagrees, but I was completely with her on being surprised about Pod 4's dominance on that poll.
With exception to Angelica, I really don't care much for them and definitely wouldn't want them to be my 'main confidants' if I were Kane. In the last episode, Angelica made a comment that implied she would serve Kane, and the other pod members (or at least Kelly) would serve her. That sounded more appealing to me. I actually like Amy to some degree, but I think I would rather throw her and Chloe into Juliette's tentacle monster than have them as actual trusted confidants.

The poll kind of confused me anyways though because it completely depends on the route... Surely, some routes you want only one helper, and other routes you would want two or three? Not to mention, someone like Elena ONLY fits on routes where Kane is allied with Olivia so it's a bit weird to vote for her.

Angelica obviously fits well as a main helper on any route, and I'm not sure about who I would want on the good routes, but for evil routes alone there are a lot of great combinations IMO:

1) Dominique and Juliette as Kane's main confidants/helpers on that route.
2) Delilah. I normally don't care too much for her, but I think she would be an interesting main helper on any evil route.
3) Claudia. Maybe even Claudia and Celeste? I'm surprised Claudia got no love on this poll.

Does she actually pay attention to the polls when it comes to the VN though, or is it more of just a fun, interactive group activity for her subscribers?

As mentioned a few pages back, any option that sounds multi girl will be popular. Also people are really hungry for pod 4 content since it was teased then game show plot overruled.
