We don't need multiple versions of Elena and stuff yet officially. I just meant for that "alignment" version that good Elena is very different from evil Elena.

I have seen most (if not all) of the sub path content by now and I think I know the scene you're talking about. This is probably gonna get into Stan territory but it's sometimes hard to separate "I'm following a task set by my master and have to do this to survive" from "I enjoy doing this and I'm glad it I'm getting to do it." How many of the cast are just doing what they are told against their own will? Junko has demonstrated multiple times that she's struggling with some of the things she has to do (pet play notwithstanding, that's her thing). Ugh, I wanna say more but I'm fighting a headache from making the alignment chart.

If you wanna argue about it, unless it's something drastic like telling me Junko is chaotic evil, I'm gonna probably just agree since nearly everyone in KG has quite a bit of wiggle room. I do think the tier list could do with two versions of Elena. We'll probably end up needing two of Claudia as well.

Lawful and revolution don't go together. Astrid is connected to the revolution that wants to upend the current regime, it's as unlawful as it gets. It's for a good purpose, and Astrid doesn't care about the consequences as long as she can save as many as possible. Hence, chaotic.

It’s mostly the norm to rule over the weak in most instances in this society…Plus a lot of the cast are indoctrinated into being ruthless from the Karlsson university at a young age… So their view on the lower cast of people are skewed… Of course, characters like Junko and Claudia are a nice variable in the matrix of this cruel world but they are susceptible of corruption… sub side and dom side…

I know what you mean, when it first came out, it did say veronica, I remember reading it say that, but that was just typo, and she changed it to Astrid like it was supposed to say.

You made a poor choice or two along the way if you're getting blue balled and didn't want to be.

Headache derailed my thoughts on this. Where I think I was going...

Junko knows she has to perform in order to keep her status and more importantly, her head on her shoulders. Doubly so for her father, who Dominique would 100% torment in a heartbeat if Junko started to displease her on the regular. It's also shown that Junko doesn't like to do most of the things she has to do. Pet play being an exception since that's her thing. If Junko is doing things on orders simply to survive, I don't think they should be held against her or strikes against her morality. Junko in a position where she didn't have to torment Kane and others...wouldn't. Again, pet play is an exception but I think she'd be much more lenient with it.

On the flip side, you have Katsumi. Katsumi would actively seek to harm others, even when not on orders. Katsumi exists in a world where her sadistic tendencies can flourish with basically no downsides. I really wish we got more backstory on some of the staff: Katsumi, Scarlett, and Sonya in particular. I'd love to see how Kiyomi and Katsumi came to where they are.

I don't want the entire story to slide into a large majority of the cast having dual...personalities, I can't think of a better word, based on routes. What's real Dominique? Is it a good Dominique with a good Kane hiding her sadistic nature from him? Is it evil Dominique with evil Kane sharing it and repressing her desire to fix the food crisis? I just had a moment of deja vu, like I've asked this before.

I guess my biggest concern would be...is everyone sliding a little more towards evil as the story progresses? Is Junko pre-dispositioned to get more comfortable with evil actions as the story goes along unless Kane is actively romancing her? Is Mia ever going to trim her eyebrows? The important questions.

Yeah, I just begun chap8 and just realize that! Like veronica told me that if I had not agreed to participate to the game, which I did hoping to alleviate my pods turmoil, and to understand how better survive, she'd have had a "talk" with me. I checked the walkthrough, so, yep I might replay and change some stuffs to see, like now V is my sponsor but I choose to work with dominique, and apparently it changed a lot of stuff.
As for the warning, I just find it sad, it's part of nowadays people not wanting to see or hear things they're not comfortable with, to McDonald their way through life, so to speak, by having a menu of want and not.
It's a story, some part may not be of your taste, but they're relevant, so you should have them without any warning, or so I believe, to give the choice to see shortened scenes, or not to see a scene, if it's not relevant, why not, make sense even.
Anyway, thanks for your answer.

It’s simple really… everyone has a little darkness in them… and specifically for KG it’s the choices we make that makes that darkness rise to the surface simple really

I suspect your Kane took a wrong turn somewhere..DomKane fucked half the staff and almost all of the Karlsson sisters (some more than once). So I don't know what blue balls you're talking about here, hehe..
