If it were that simple, Cole wouldn't have been working on his project for so many years, and the scientists in JF's labs wouldn't be fiddling with all these plants that barely grow and require very unconventional fertilizer in the form of living people.

I'm certainly not a sub player, but in light of the fact that Callista has a lot of influence and will now still be part of the “saviors of the Earth” -faction B (for both routes -Dom and Sub), imo, it would be correct, if the dev would have given a chance to the high-level sub Kane to “change his mind” and with Callista's help to move to, say, K7(Dom) rank, that wouldn't take a freshly minted Dom Kane to the very top of the power pyramid (Z5), but at least would allow him not to be a slave of these sadistic bitches anymore. From what we've been shown, the soil outside the islands is much worse, hence the problems with starvation and stuff..In any case, I don't think it's worth trying to transfer the technology we're used to into a post-apocalyptic world (even if it's called Earth) created by the author's imagination. Sometimes it's better to leave everything as it is, take this world as a given and just enjoy the game.

I think her efforts are to keep Kane alive. Seth is mainly there for Astrid's benefit, so he's safe. My initial theory is that there are only two people around with Callista's blood. If Callista is thought to be dead, it makes Kane that much more valuable to the Karlssons. I know there's more to it, but that's my first hypothesis with the little information we have.
Interesting theory, I had similar thoughts about their unique blood, but I left it until better times. Well, I'll share my theory on that.

You don't think the two of them are enough? If Dominique was able to pull off the Cole thing without even Veronica realizing it for a long time, what (theoretically) could stop her from eliminating Callista? And I wouldn't be in a hurry to make Jules a stupid straight arrow, incapable of any meaningful plans..Dominique and Jules could do almost anything. And by the way, note that they are both in the same A faction.
Perhaps in pt3 we will have the long awaited conversation with Callista where these things are supposed to be explained.
I wasn't disputing. Just clearly stating who her enemies are and seeing if you could think of anyone else. And yeah Juliette is not stupid, she is just very direct most of the time so her plans usually involve her participating directly.

I don't see that it helped him in any way, on the contrary, it hurt him.
I'd argue she has significant pull with the DeKocks,at least as far as we see currently. And remember the scenario being talked about is if she didn't fake her death and operated more openly. Even if alliance with Cynthia is doomed to fall apart do to Callista's revolution ties, she can keep that on the low until needed. After all, even in the current "fake death scenario" they are allied at this point.
