My guess by the conversations with her is.. Yes, violence and harsh content will be there in dom. But most of the it will be done in the indirect form as I said before. So, as i said, Rougher Treatment in the form of domKane is mostly for sex scenes. Well, It can be both reasons at the same time. Both those "dom patreons" and also patreon rules. Yeah, I too think she loved making demon content for dom. She may have definitely harsher plans for evil dom. But, those "patrons" had forced her to go even more cruel on women than she thinks of it. She may not had expected that some men will be like that. I've been saying the same thing for a long time - the game is way too ambitious for a first time indie dev. It was manageable at first, when you didn't really have any major flags, but now - it's too many branch paths with too many variables. And the evidence is clear - the full Game Show should've been what, episode 7 or 8 originally? Now it's chapter A of part B of episode C of season D.

Cutting some of the paths seems the right thing to do at this point, otherwise the updates will take years and the momentum for the game will die. Kyiomi path was dead weight anyway with 0 development, so no loss there. Losing the Demon flag sucks, but it's not like the game was overtly violent to begin with - almost all of the stuff is implied, not shown (like shoving a man's head into a lava pit with you heel - I love how cartoonishly evil it is). And intent and showing the mindset of the characters is for me more important than the visuals.

The domination is better handled in desert stalker and yes the first scene of the based on your actions, MC beats a woman, the dungeon mechanism is also handled well. But, again, that is handled by a male dev, who is fascinated with maledom. Here it is handled by a female dev. She may fascinated with femdom content and yes, she is one of the best femdom dev i ever seen, but let's be honest, for dom paths, she have to depend on maledom fans for ideas whether she liked or not. Now also she listens to those maledom fans in her patreon, and she admitted that she always give maledom script to her husband first and he edits it.

But believe me, after she banned evil dom fans, most of the present active dom fanbase who have conversations with patreon channels are vanilla men and most of the times only talks about romance and story elements. Even if they talk about domination, they talk like it is a vanilla harem and all women should fall in love with kane.
