Tess is increasingly clearly separating the dom path from the sub path
This seems correct, on the dom path we are moving up the executive board of the Karlssons, so this path needs to break away (in each episode more and more) from the sub path (in this we are stuck). Also, the game is now divided into two games itself, on one hand we have content on the sub path and on the other hand content on the dom path, with less common content in each episode (I mean the same renders on both paths, there are few of them in common)

To quote the walkthrough: "Subtask3 (fashion show scene -- hard scene to render, haha -- 12 people!)" happens the same time as "Dom3task: (meeting three Karlsson sisters in Juliette’s fun bedroom)", so Dom track players meet Veronica, Juliette, and Dominique in that bath/pool area while the fashion show is happening. I'm curious if the party for Olivia is what we saw this update and just doesn't fit the planning done in the earlier update. The different rooms and activities that sub path players got to see makes me feel like it is. I don't like playing a sub, but without it this game loses much information.

Thank you kindly for all your effort and work and just a side note people will still ask about stuff even though you have said don't! but it's not to piss you off sometimes people forget or they see only one route to take even though there are others to choose, pretty much it's life. But people ask you because they like your work and are always eager to see more so just a face palm to a question could seem an insult to the fans of your work, I speak my mind. But for what ever reason you decided to share your work with players, we very much appreciate the effort you put into all your mods. Oh and as soon as I have spare coin I'll happily donate just atm the prick Bill gets it all.
All the pings are flipping annoying. And I know I speak for more than just myself. Modders and porters alike don't need reminders from a bunch of users when a thing updates. I'm going to react the way I feel when I see one of those.

This is interesting. Well, in that case it turns out that dom players automatically missed the big fashion show scene with 12 people in the frame and it all happened 2 updates ago. As for the welcome party for Olivia, I'm not surprised by anything anymore. Dom and Sub players are really playing two different games in many ways.

Honestly, I was hoping that dom players would be given the opportunity to have the party in the big room with the casino, but now I'm not so sure about that anymore. Because talking on red chairs (dom route in Ch7) I can hardly call a party. Perhaps I should ask Tess about it on her discord. To speed up rendering, it makes sense to combine some dom and sub components together. Judging from the scene the dom players were shown in ch6 (a test rehearsal of Katsumi's presentation of the female slave to the VIPs at Gameshow), and another invitation for Dom MC (at the end of ch7) to co-host Katsumi at a future Gameshow, I conclude that this Show will be for both the male and female pod that Kane hosts. At least that seems logical.

1) Option 1:

A -- Players already with 0.7FinalA will be able to insert the files called (I will link them in pinned post) KGS1_export.rpy and script07kg.rpy in the game folder. (you should see some font files and an images.rpa file in correct spot, it's under the game folder )

B -- After doing this, players should load their Episode 7 saves a bit BEFORE the mask scenes but near the end. Play through normally until you reach the new "mask" screen.

C -- At the mask, you will be prompted to save one of eight slots (it will start at Slot 1 automatically) as an import save for Episode 8. Save here, and you can name the save as well.

D - Probably not needed, but maybe wise to just play through the outro/end of Episode 7 to make sure everything will work ok for Episode 8.

E -- You can repeat this process seven more times from saves in 7 leading to mask for EIGHT total import saves that will be available in Episode 8 when you click "Start" in the new episode.

F -- When satisfied with your import saves, you can rest and wait for the next episode!

NOTE: If you ever need to go back and try another path from 7, you can still go back and load a new playthrough and overwrite one of the eight slots on the mask screen if you have used them all.

New mega links are coming soon. Do a fresh install of the game if you are using the WT mod

From what I've seen/ read here, you have to play everything, dom/sub, good/evil to get the whole story. Which makes sense I reckon since in real life different info would be revealed to different people for different reasons

Can we put this archives now in our game folder or not yet? Just to be sure ando not mess it up

I think i´m doing something wrong, i can´t download the files you put here, so i simply move them into my game folder, but obviously it´s not well.
It might be because you are using wt mod. Try a fresh install without the mod

I haven´t got any mod in the game, it´s the vanilla version. I put it like that. Now my problem is when i try to save the game:

I don´t see any new save mask, its the same , and when i´m going to save nothing change, it´s like always :unsure::oops:

Very very interesting turn of events.

Thanks for letting me know in the other thread bud.

I can see from the new export file that the dev team took my advice at the bottom of my post here and went the correct multi-persistent route. That's best if it's coded correctly.

I'll see about getting it sorted for the mod after a bit, I'm knee-deep in another project at the moment.

The other file is the new update scripts so I'll have to port the mod code over to it. The export file is likely good on it's own.

They should have supplied the RPA file instead of just the RPYs separately, as now save file loads could be an issue for folks in the future (the save/load pointers are hard-coded by RenPy in the compiled code file, not the plain RPY scripts).
