I believe you have to buy his videos separately and send him proof of payment first before he sends you the video directly in dms...
In short, we need someone willing to pay $20 for a video of less than four minutes and send it out.

Off the top of my head, LikkezG, Coot27, and Fak3d3ath have all done their fair share of urethral futa play. It's a niche of a niche so the amount of content and quality can be spotty. At the moment I can't think of anyone doing it as consistently or well as Karn is.
